    Merger integration which included the development of strategy, approach, and structure to drive integration results across 12 integration teams, while providing visibility, progress, plans, and issue resolution to executive leadership to become the largest chemical services company in one of the world’s top producing old fields.

    Stache & Associates successfully transitioned the travel and purchasing card functions to a shared services center and then implemented Concur for approximately 1,000 cardholders.
